Realtor - Keller Williams Realty 3440 Bell St. Suite 100 Amarillo, TX 79109 Dear Darrell, Thank you for your effort in the successful sale of our residential property. All the more noteworthy because home sales and loan availability, both nationally and locally, down turned dramatically just after we placed it on the market. Your effort began immediately: we signed a listing contract with you one afternoon, and by evening, 1) flags and signs were in the yard, 2) a realtor's key was attached to the entry, 3) the property was in multiple listings on the internet, and 4) emails had been sent making the property known to your select fellow realtors. Two days later, you showed the house to touring realtors, who heartily concurred with the asking price, which you had aided in setting. Because the house was vacant, any extended delay in the sale could have caused legitimate concern over its well-being and insurability: no small cause for owners' concern. Or is that heartburn? We are aware of the involvement you had in trying to facilitate a sale through another realtor, and though the sale did not materialize, we appreciate that effort. And we appreciate your dedicated efforts that resulted in a later successful sale. Sincerely, Phyllis and Frank Hardy |
